执政党科学把握社会主要矛盾对正确认识形势、制定正确的路线方针政策,意义十分重大;要正确认识党的十九大关于社会主要矛盾重大政治论断的科学内涵,厘清"人民"和"人民美好生活需要"以及"不平衡不充分发展"的含义。新时代社会主要矛盾的性质没有变,这个矛盾将长期存在,社会主要矛盾的变化对党的政治路线、工作部署产生了很大影响,对党的自身建设提出一系列新要求。
