Cultivating a Positive and Healthy Political Culture within the Party

党内政治文化的结构要素由内而外包括党内信仰文化、党内组织文化、党内行为文化和党内制度文化。十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央采用统筹协调的方式加强党内政治文化的系统性建设,使全党的精神文化面貌焕然一新。新时代加强党内政治文化建设,要突出以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导这个根本,突出为人民服务这个宗旨,突出共产党人价值观这个核心,突出构建优良党内政治生态这个主题,突出加强与规范党内政治生活这个重点,突出制度建设这个关键,突出广大党员这个主体。注重高扬马克思主义理论的旗帜,汲取中华优秀传统文化的政治智慧,传承革命文化的精神特征,把握社会主义先进文化的前进方向,体现中国共产党的党性要求。

The political culture of a party consists of cultures of faith,organization,conduct and institutions.Since the Party's 18 th National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping at the core has put great efforts to strengthen the Party cultural building in a systematic and coordinated manner,thus creating a new look on the ethos of the Party. In strengthening the political cultural building within the Party in the new era,great emphasis should be given to the following aspects,i. e. with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guidance, " serving the people wholeheartedly" as the purpose of the Party,communist values as the core,fostering a sound political ecosystem within the Party as the main subject,strengthening and regularizing intraparty activities as the focus,institutional building as the key point,and the entire Party members as the main body. Importance should also be attached to upholding the banner of Marxism; draw political wisdom from the fine traditional Chinese culture,carry forward the spirit of the revolutionary culture,steer to the right orientation of the advanced socialist culture,and demonstrate the demands for the Party consciousness.
