意识形态建设是中国特色社会主义伟大事业的重要组成部分,加强意识形态工作,提升意识形态领导能力,是新时代提高党的执政能力和领导水平,全面增强执政本领的重要任务。当前,提升党的意识形态领导能力,需要我们重点在坚持党管意识形态原则,不断提升意识形态管理的能力上下功夫、在解放思想,与时俱进,不断提升理论创新的能力上下功夫、在加强队伍建设,不断提升战略知识分子塑造的能力上下功夫。

Ideological building is an important part of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Strengthening ideological work and upgrading governance capability in ideological work is an important task for the Party in enhancing its state governance and leadership as well as its overall governance capability. To upgrade governance capability in ideological building,it is imperative to adhere to the principle of the Party leadership over ideological work,make constant efforts to improve its ability to govern ideological work,make innovations in theory by emancipating the mind and keeping up with the times,focus on strengthening the force building and fostering the strategic intelligentsia in this field.
