中药内服外敷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果观察

目的:观察中药内服外敷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的效果。方法:81例随机分为两组,对照组40例予中药外敷,观察组41用中药外敷并内服,比较两组治疗后临床疗效、症状积分变化及复发率。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),证候积分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服外敷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎能够有效提高疗效,消除症状体征,且复发率低。

Objective:To observe the effect of oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Method:Eighty-one patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group were treated with external application of Chinese herbs while 41 cases in the observation group were treated with external application of Chinese herbs combined with oral administration.The clinical efficacy, symptom scores and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared after treatment. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ziyin Qingre Recipe combined with wet compress with Chinese herbs could effectively improve the therapeutic effect on patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis and eliminate symptoms and signs,with a low recurrence rate.
