银丹心脑通软胶囊辅治青年高血压合并高脂血症疗效观察

目的:观察银丹心脑通软胶囊辅治青年高血压合并高脂血症的效果。方法:90例随机分为对照组和研究组各45例。两组均给予常规药物治疗,研究组加用银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗。结果:治疗后两组血压水平较治疗前均明显降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后两组LDL-C、TG、TC水平较治疗前降低,HDL-C水平较治疗前升高,且研究组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:银丹心脑通软胶囊辅治青年高血压合并高脂血症可有效改善血压及血脂指标。

Objective:To observe the effect of Combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia in youth(HHY).Method:90 cases were divided into control group and research group randomly,45 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with conventional medicine while the patients in research group were treated with Yindan Xinnaltong Soft Capsule based on conventional medicine. The changes of blood pressure and blood lipid before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Result:The blood pressure in two groups reduced after treatment. The blood pressure of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The level of LDL-C,TG and TC reduced after treatment. The level of HDL-C rose after treatment. The degree of improvement in the research group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combination of TCM and western medicine could improve blood pressure and blood lipids indexes on HHY.
