盆炎方治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛疗效观察

Observation of Prescription for Pelvic Inflammatory Disease in Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae Chronic Pelvic Pain

目的:观察盆炎方治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛的临床疗效。方法:96例随机分为两组各48例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星胶囊口服治疗,治疗组予盆炎方汤剂口服治疗,14天为一疗程,2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。中医证候评分、局部体征评分和疼痛率两组与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盆炎方治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Pengyan Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Method:96 cases were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group were treated with levofloxacin capsules orally while the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Pengyan Decoction orally.The course of treatment was 14 days and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after 2 courses.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,local physical score and visual analog scale(VAS)were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),which of the treatment group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pengyan Decoction is effective in treating chronic pelvic pain of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
