中西药合用治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效分析

目的:观察中西药合用治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:80例随机分为实验组与对照组各40例。两组均用西医治疗,实验组加用活血益气除湿祛风汤治疗。结果:总有效率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率、白细胞计数、类风湿因子比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组3个月、6个月后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西药合用治疗类风湿性关节炎效果较好,能够有效改善关节疼痛、红肿症状,降低复发率,且用药安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Method:80 cases were divided into experimental group and control group evenly in random.Both groups were treated with western medicine and the experimental group were treated with Huoxue Yiqi Chushi Qufeng Decoction in addition.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,white blood cell count and rheumatoid factor(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was lower in the group than that in the control group after 3 and 6 months,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of TCM and western medicine has good clinical effect in treating rheumatoid arthritis.It could effectively improve the symptoms of joint pain,redness and swelling,reduce the recurrence rate,with high safety.
