摘要
目的:研究生态间作模式对丹参生物量积累及有效成分含量的影响。方法:选取薄荷、紫苏及苜蓿作为间作物,采用大田小区试验,研究不同生态模式对丹参根部鲜重、干重及活性成分(隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮Ⅱ_A及丹酚酸B)含量的影响。结果:生态间作模式可以显著提高丹参根部生物量积累,丹参-薄荷、丹参-紫苏、丹参-苜蓿间作处理丹参根部鲜重较单作处理分别提高128.0%、92.3%和338.2%,根部干重较单作处理分别提高126.4%、99.8%和340.8%,其中丹参-苜蓿间作处理增重幅度最大。间作处理后丹参中的脂溶性成分隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量显著提高,其中丹参-薄荷间作处理丹参根中丹参酮类含量最高为1.08%,较单作处理提高163.41%。结论:高效间作模式对丹参根部鲜重、干重生物量的积累及脂溶性成分含量均有明显促进作用,为丹参绿色生态种植提供一定的数据基础。
Objective:To study the effect of ecological intercropping model on the growth and active ingredient contents of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods:Mentha haplocalyx,Perilla frutescens and Medicago sativa were selected as intercropping crops,the plot were conducted to investigate the effect of different ecological intercropping models on the fresh and dry weight and the contents of active ingredients(Cryptotanshinone,TanshinoneⅠ,TanshinoneⅡ_A and Salvianolic acid B).Results:The root biomass of Salvia miltiorrhiza were increased significantly under the ecological intercropping models,the fresh weight of Salvia miltiorrhiza-Mentha haplocalyx,Salvia miltiorrhiza-Perilla frutescens and Salvia miltiorrhiza-Medicago sativa were increased by 128.0%,92.3%and 338.2%compared with monoculture Salvia miltiorrhiza;the dry weight of Salvia miltiorrhiza-Mentha haplocalyx,Salvia miltiorrhiza-Perilla frutescens and Salvia miltiorrhiza-Medicago sativa were increased by 126.4%,99.8%and 340.8%compared with monoculture Salvia miltiorrhiza,the weight gain was the largest in Salvia miltiorrhiza-Medicago sativa.The contents of liposoluble components(Cryptotanshinone,TanshinoneⅠ,TanshinoneⅡ_A)were increased significantly and the most abundant was Salvia miltiorrhiza-Mentha haplocalyx,the content of Tanshinone I was 1.08%,and increased 163.41%compared with monoculture Salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion:The results show that the efficient ecological model can obviously promote the accumulations of the fresh and dry weight,and the contents of hydrophobic components in Salvia miltiorrhiza compared with monoculture Salvia miltiorrhiza.It provides a certain data base for green ecological planting of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
