基于磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)技术的不同产地太子参根际土壤微生物群落结构多样性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析不同产地太子参根际土壤微生物组成差异及不同种质太子参对微生物组成的影响。方法:利用磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)生物标记法定性、定量分析太子参根际土壤中微生物群落多样性。结果:供试土壤中共检测出92种PLFA,其中i15∶0、i16∶0、16∶0、16∶0 10-Me及18∶1ω9c含量较高,磷脂脂肪酸总量在江苏句容、福建柘荣两产地土壤中含量较高,4个产地间磷脂脂肪酸种类和比例存在较大差异。结论:太子参根际土壤微生物以细菌为主,还包含放线菌及真菌,不同产地和种质太子参的根际土壤微生物的含量及群落结构均存在较大差异。 Objective:Rhizosphere soil of Pseudostellaria heterophylla was selected to be explored in diversities of soil microbial composition in different habitats and the effect of different germplasm of Pseudostellaria heterophylla on microbial composition was investigated as well.Methods:Phosphlipid fatty acid(PLFA)analysis was used to detect the microbial community soil diversity in both quantity and quality.Results:92 PLFAs in total were detected in the rhizosphere soils,the contents of i15∶0,i16∶0,16∶0,10-Me 16∶0 and 18∶1ω9 c were higher.Besides,the species and ratio of fatty acids in four regions were also different,among which the total lipid content of PLFA was higher in Jurong,Jiangsu,and Zherong,Fujian.Conclusion:Microbial community of Pseudostellaria heterophylla rhizosphere soil was mainly made up of bacterium and also included actinomycetes and fungus.The content and community structure of microorganism in the rhizosphere soil of different habitats and germplasm in Pseudostellaria heterophylla are quite different.
