摘要
目的:研究丁香的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从丁香中分离得到25个化合物,分别鉴定为:阿魏醛(1)、高根二醇(2)、白桦酸(3)、山柰素(4)、山楂酸(5)、香草酸(6)、3,5,3′,4′-四羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(7)、5-羟甲基糠醛(8)、3,3′,4′-三甲基鞣花酸(9)、2α,3β,19α,23-四羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(10)、eugenol 4-O-β-D-(6′-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside(11)、对-羟基-反式肉桂酸(12)、山柰酚-3-O-β-葡萄糖醛酸苷(13)、木犀草素(14)、杨梅素(15)、鼠李秦素-3-O-β-D-(6″-乙酰)葡萄糖苷(16)、鼠李秦素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(17)、3,4,3′-三甲基鞣花酸-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(18)、大豆脑苷Ⅰ(19)、iotroridoside-B(20)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(21)、丁香苷Ⅱ(22)、丁香苷Ⅰ(23)、异槲皮苷(24)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯(25)。结论:其中,化合物6、8、10、12、18~20为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物6、10、12、19和20为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Caryophylli Flos.Methods:Chemical constituents were iaolated from Caryophylli Flos by various column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemiacal characteristics and spectroscopic data analysis.Results:25 compounds were isolated from Caryophylli Flos and their structures were identified as ferulaldehyde(1),erythrodiol(2),betulinic acid(3),kaempferide(4),maslinic acid(5),vanillic acid(6),3,5,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxyflavone(7),5-hydroxymethyl furfural(8),3,3′,4′-trimethylellagic acid(9),2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurso-12-en-28-oic acid(10),eugenol 4-O-β-D-(6′-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside(11),p-hydroxy-trans-cinnamic acid(12),kaempferol-3-O-β-glucuronide(13),luteolin(14),myrecetin(15),rhamnazin-3-O-β-D-(6″-acetyl)glucoside(16),rhamnazin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(17),3,4,3′-trimethylellagic acid-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(18),soyacerebrosideⅠ(19),iotroridoside-B(20),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(21),isobiflorin(22),biflorin(23),isoquercitrin(24),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide-6″-methylester(25).Conclusion:Compounds 6,8,10,12,18~20 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 6,10,12,19 and 20 are reported from this genus for the first time.
