摘要
目的:研究白云参的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱、高效液相色谱分离技术分离纯化白云参乙酸乙酯部位化学成分,根据化合物的理化性质以及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白云参乙酸乙酯部位分离并鉴定8个化合物,分别为:党参炔苷(1)、(E)-8-O-β-D-glucopyranosylcinnamic acid(2)、pilosulyne B(3)、tripterygiol(4)、justiciresinol(5)、丁香脂素(6)、lobetyol(7)、表丁香脂素(8)。结论:其中,化合物2~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Campanumoea javanica subsp.javanica.Methods:The columnl chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds of ethyl acetate extract of Campanumoea javanica subsp.javanica.The chemical structures were identified on basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data.Results:Eight compounds were isolated identified as lobetyolin(1),(E)-8-O-β-D-glucopyranosylcinnamic acid(2),pilosulyne B(3),tripterygiol(4),justiciresinol(5),syringaresinol(6),lobetyol(7)and episyringaresinol(8).Conclusion:Compounds 2~8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
