摘要
目的:研究小花清风藤茎叶的化学成分。方法:小花清风藤以70%乙醇提取,利用多种色谱技术进行分离,所得化合物经波谱数据和相关文献鉴定。结果:从小花清风藤中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:柴胡皂苷A(1)、柴胡皂苷B2(2)、6″-O-acetyl-saikosaponin B2(3)、柴胡皂苷B1(4)、柴胡皂苷D(5)、6″-O-acetyl-saikosaponin B1(6)、1α,3β-dihydroxyl-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(7)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(8)、木兰花碱(9)、枸杞酰胺C(10)。结论:其中,化合物1~6、8~10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Sabia parviflora.Methods:The 70%ethanol extract of Sabia parviflora was isolated and various column chromatographic techniques were used to separate,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from the stems and leaves of Sabia parviflora and identified as saikosaponin A(1),saikosaponin B2(2),6″-O-acetyl-saikosaponin B2(3),saikosaponin B1(4),saikosaponin D(5),6″-O-acetyl-saikosaponin B1(6),1α,3β-dihydroxyl-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(7),2α-hydroxyoleanolic acid(8),magnoflorine(9)and lyciumamide C(10).Conclusion:Compounds 1~6,8~10 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
