手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用价值

Application Value of Nursing Cooperative Path in Operating Room in Hysteroscopic Endometrial Polypectomy

目的:探讨宫腔镜下行子宫内膜息肉切除术的患者重视手术室护理配合路径的实施对预后的影响。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年4月本院收治的宫腔镜下行子宫内膜息肉切除术的患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组应用临床常规护理模式,观察组应用手术室护理配合路径模式。比较两组手术情况、并发症发生情况、干预后护理质量及心理评分。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术及住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组整理文书能力、服务意识、专科知识学习能力、技能操作能力、问题解决能力、责任心等护理质量各维度评分均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.0%,低于对照组的16.0%(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床收治的宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者,重视手术室护理配合路径的实施,可减少术中出血量,缩短手术操作及住院时间,提高护理质量,改善患者心理状况,并保障临床安全。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing cooperation pathway on prognosis of patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Method:A total of 100 cases of endometrial polyps treated by hysteroscopy in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clinical routine nursing mode,while observation group was treated with operation room nursing cooperation path mode.The operation conditions,complications,nursing quality and psychological scores between two groups were compared.Result:The bleeding volume,operation and hospitalization time in observation group were less than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in observation group were higher than those of control group in terms of document collation ability,service consciousness,specialty knowledge learning ability,skill operation ability,problem solving ability and sense of responsibility,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 2.0% in observation group,which was lower than16.0% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy,attention should be paid to the implementation of nursing cooperation pathway in operating room,which can reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten operation and hospitalization time,improve nursing quality,improve patients’ psychological status and ensure clinical safety.
