乳腺慢性化脓性炎症患者的外科治疗效果观察

Effect of Surgical Treatment of Chronic Suppurative Inflammation of Breast

目的:分析乳腺慢性化脓性炎症患者应用外科手术治疗的效果。方法:选取2015年2月-2018年2月本院收治的92例乳腺慢性化脓性炎症患者。按照肿块的直径大小将其分为研究组(肿块直径6 cm以上)和参照组(肿块直径为3～6 cm),各46例。参照组采取乳腺脓肿的切开引流术治疗,研究组采取乳腺区段的切除手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、手术时间、住院时间以及术中出血量。结果:研究组手术时间长于参照组,术中出血量多于参照组,住院时间短于参照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为95.65%,高于参照组的76.09%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺慢性化脓性炎症患者治疗中应用乳腺区段的切除手术能够缩短患者住院时间,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者临床治疗的有效性,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of surgical treatment of chronic suppurative inflammation of breast.Method:A total of 92 patients with chronic suppurative inflammation of breast admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected.According to the size of the tumors,they were divided into study group(the diameter of the tumors was more than 6 cm)and control group(the diameter of the tumors was 3-6 cm),46 cases in each group.The control group was treated by incision and drainage of breast abscess,while study group was treated by excision of breast segment.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative bleeding volume between two groups were compared.Result:The operation time of study group was longer than that of study group,the intraoperative bleeding volume was more than that of study group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of study group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.65% in study group,which was higher than 76.09% in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In treatment of patients with chronic suppurative inflammation of breast,the application of breast segment resection can shorten the hospital stay,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment of patients,which is worthy of application.
