摘要
微课作为一种全新的教学模式越来越受到大家的关注。该文以生物化学检验的丙氨酸氨基转移酶的测定为例,介绍微课的教学设计和微课制作,为后期微课教学资源的设计和开发提供借鉴和参考,使微课真正成为学生自学、教师成长的教学工具。
As a new teaching model micro-lecture is getting more and more attention.By taking the determination of ALT in biochemistry test as an example,this paper introduced the instructional design and microlecture making of micro-lecture.The experiences were summarized to provide suggestions and reference for similar micro-lecture design and development.Micro-lecture has become a teaching tool for students to learn and teachers to grow up.
