脑科引流瓶固定钩的制作及应用效果研究

Study on the Production and Application of the Fixed Hook for Brain Drainage Bottle

目的:探讨一种适用于脑科的引流瓶固定钩的制作及应用效果。方法:随机选取90例本院脑科2017年3月-2018年5月收治的患者,依据引流瓶固定方式差异分为两组,每组各45例,对照组采用传统方法进行固定,试验组采用本次设计的脑科引流瓶固定钩进行固定,回顾性对比分析两组不良事件发生率及医护人员认同度。结果:试验组不良事件发生率是2.22%,较对照组的15.56%低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组医护人员认同度是97.78%,较对照组的66.67%高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本次设计的脑科引流瓶固定钩具有使用方便、功能多样等优点,可减少引流瓶不良事件出现,而且医护人员认同度高,值得在脑科推广。

Objective:To explore a suitable for the production and application of brain drainage bottle fixed hook effect.Method:90 cases of brain who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected,they were divided into two groups according to the different fixation methods of drainage bottles,45 cases in each group.The control group was fixed with traditional methods,the experimental group was treated with the fixed hook of drainage bottles.The incidence of adverse events and the identification of medical staff were retrospective comparative and analysis between the two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 2.22%,which was lower than that in the control group of 15.56%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).As well as the recognition degree of medical staff in the experimental group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of the control group with 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The design of the brain drain bottle fixation hook has the advantages of convenient use and versatile functions,as well as reduce the occurrence of adverse events in drainage bottles,and the medical staff have high recognition,which is deserved to choose in neurology.
