CT定向软通道技术在高血压脑出血中的应用效果及对脑血流的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究与观察CT定向软通道技术在高血压脑出血中的应用效果及对脑血流的影响。方法:选取2015年5月-2018年5月本院收治的90例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,根据手术方式分为对照组(行开颅手术)45例和观察组(行CT定向软通道技术)45例。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能指标及脑血流参数。结果:治疗后1、3个月,观察组的临床总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的神经功能指标及脑血流参数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的NSE、NPY、S100β均显著低于对照组,PSV、EDV、RI均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT定向软通道技术在高血压脑出血中的应用效果较好,且对脑血流的影响更为积极,故在高血压脑出血患者的治疗中具有更高的应用价值。 Objective:To study and observe the application effect of soft channel technology guided by CT orientation in the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and influence for the cerebral blood flow.Method:90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from May 2015 to May 2018 were chosen for the research,and they were divided into control group(craniotomy)45 cases and observation group(soft channel technology guided by CT orientation)45 cases,according to the operations types.Then the clinical efficacy,nerve function indexes and cerebral blood flow parameters before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:1,3 months after treatment,the total clinical effective rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in neurological function and cerebral blood flow parameters between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,NSE,NPY,S100β in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and PSV,EDV,RI were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of soft channel technology guided by CT orientation in the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is better,and its influence for the cerebral blood flow are more obvious,so its application value in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is higher.
