摘要
目的:探究对上颌唇侧埋伏阻生尖牙患者实施超声骨刀开窗术联合正畸牵引治疗的效果,为临床提供指导。方法:选取2015年10月-2018年10月本院60例上颌唇侧埋伏阻生尖牙患者。将患者随机分为观察组(超声骨刀开窗术联合正畸牵引)和对照组(传统开窗术联合正畸牵引),各30例。比较两组疗效、舌侧扣一次粘结成功率、术后疼痛评分、术后脸部肿胀评分、生活质量评分。结果:观察组舌侧扣一次粘结成功率为86.67%,高于对照组的53.33%(P<0.05),但两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后疼痛、脸部肿胀评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对上颌唇侧埋伏阻生尖牙患者实施超声骨刀开窗术联合正畸牵引的疗效和传统开窗术联合正畸牵引较相似,可有效缓解术后疼痛及面部肿胀问题,效果更优。
Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasonic bone knife fenestration combined with orthodontic traction for maxillary labial impacted canine teeth.Method:A total of 60 patients with maxillary labial impacted canine teeth from October 2015 to October 2018 in our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(ultrasonic bone knife fenestration combined with orthodontic traction)and control group(traditional fenestration combined with orthodontic traction),30 cases in each group.The curative effect,success rate of one-time lingual buckling,postoperative pain score,postoperative facial swelling score and quality of life score between two groups were compared.Result:The success rate of one-time lingual buckling was 86.67%in observation group,which was higher than 53.33% of control group(P<0.05).But the total effective rate of two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative pain and facial swelling scores in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ultrasonic bone knife fenestration combined with orthodontic traction on maxillary labial impacted canine teeth is similar to that of traditional fenestration combined with orthodontic traction,which can effectively relieve the pain and facial swelling after operation,and the effect is better.
