二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声技术在产前诊断胎盘植入中的临床应用价值 被引量:6

Clinical Application Value of Two Dimensional Ultrasound Combined with Color Doppler Ultrasound Technique in the Prenatal Diagnosis of Placenta Implantation

摘要 目的:探讨二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声技术在产前诊断胎盘植入中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2016年2月-2018年3月本院诊治的72例胎盘植入患者为观察组,同期选取72例健康孕妇为对照组。两组均采用二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声进行检查,比较两组的血流动力学检测结果,并比较观察组中不同孕周、植入程度与植入面积者的检测结果。结果:观察组的Vmax及Vmin均高于对照组,RI低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中不同孕周、植入程度、植入面积者的血流动力学检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声技术在产前诊断胎盘植入中的临床应用价值较高,对植入程度有一定的反应意义。 Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of two dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound technique in the prenatal diagnosis of placenta implantation.Method:72 patients with placenta implantation in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were selected as observation group,72 healthy pregnant women at the same time were selected as control group.The two groups were all detected with two dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound,then the hemodynamics detection results of two groups were compared,and the detection results of observation group at different gestational weeks and with degree of implantation and area of implantation were compared too.Result:Vmax and Vmin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while RI was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemodynamic test results of the observation group with different gestational weeks,implantation degree and implantation area were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application value of two dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound technique in the prenatal diagnosis of placenta implantation is higher,and it has a certain response significance for the degree of implantation.
