姑息治疗对晚期肺癌患者近期生活质量影响

Effect of Palliative Treatment on Short-term Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的:探讨姑息治疗对晚期肺癌患者近期生活质量影响。方法:选取2016年1月—2018年1月本院收治的晚期肺癌姑息治疗患者126例,根据患者体能状态ECOG评分给予相应治疗:ECOG评分≤2分者行放化疗结合对症支持治疗,对于ECOG评分≥3分者予对症支持治疗。治疗3个月后,比较患者的生活活动能力(Barthel指数)、生存质量(WHOQOL-BREF)、疼痛程度(VAS)、心理状态(SAS、SDS)评分。结果:不同体能状态患者治疗后的Barthel指数评分、WHOQOL-BREF各维度及总分均高于治疗前,VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:姑息疗法有利于提高晚期肺癌患者生活活动能力,有效改善其生存质量,缓解其癌痛程度,改善其焦虑和抑郁心态。

Objective:To explore the effect of palliative treatment on the short-term quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer.Method:A total of 126 patients with advanced lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected.Corresponding treatment was given according to ECOG score of physical condition:ECOG score≤2 scores were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with symptomatic support,ECOG score≥3 scores were treated with symptomatic support.After 3 months of treatment,the activity of daily living(Barthel index),quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF),degree of pain(VAS),and mental state(SAS,SDS)scores were compared.Result:The scores of Barthel index,WHOQOL-BREF dimensions and total scores of patients with different physical status after treatment were higher than those of before treatment,the scores of VAS,SAS and SDS were lower than those of before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Palliative treatment is conducive to improving the activity of life of patients with advanced lung cancer,effectively improving their quality of life,alleviating the degree of cancer pain,and improving their anxiety and depression.
