镍钛锉waveone结合一次法在乳牙根尖周病中的应用研究

Application Study of Nickel-titanium Instrument Waveone Combined with One-time Method in Periapical Periodontitis of Deciduous Molars

目的:探讨镍钛锉waveone联合一次法根管治疗乳牙根尖周炎的疗效。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年1月就诊本院的慢性根尖周炎患儿50例(双侧下颌第二乳磨牙100颗)。本研究采用自身对照组法将其分为观察组和对照组,即每例患儿的第二乳磨牙一侧是观察组(50颗),另一侧是对照组(50颗)。观察组采用waveone根管锉进行根管预备,对照组采用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,两组根管预备、根管充填和窝洞充填一次完成。比较两组根管预备时间、术中及术后24 h疼痛程度评分及治疗2周后的临床效果。结果:观察组预备时间为(81.14±0.52)s,少于对照组的(102.42±0.53)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中、术后24 h疼痛程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛锉waveone联合一次法根管治疗乳磨牙慢性根尖周炎的效果较好,并可有效减少临床操作时间,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nickel-titanium instrument waveone combined with onetime root canal therapy on periapical periodontitis of deciduous molars.Method:A total of 50 children with chronic periapical periodontitis(100 bilateral mandibular second deciduous molars)from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected.Self-control group method was used and divided into observation group and control group,that is to say,one side of the second deciduous molar of each child was observation group(50 teeth),the other side was control group(50 teeth).The observation group used waveone root canal file for root canal preparation,while control group used stainless steel K file for root canal preparation,root canal preparation,root canal filling and cavity filling were completed in two groups at one time.The root canal preparation time,pain score during operation and 24 hours after operation and clinical effect after 2 weeks of treatment between two groups were compared.Result:The root canal preparation time of observation group was(81.14±0.52)s,less than(102.42±0.53)s of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of observation group were lower than those of control group during operation and 24 hours after operation(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was 90.0%,which was higher than 70.0%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nickel-titanium instrument waveone combined with one-time root canal therapy has a better effect on chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous molars,and can effectively reduce the clinical operation time,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
