改良天灸方干预对神经根型颈椎病患者颈痛及生存质量的影响

Effect of Modified Tianjiu Prescription on Neck Pain and Quality of Life in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察改良天灸方干预对神经根型颈椎病(CSR)患者颈痛症状及生存质量的影响。方法:选择2017年6月—2018年6月在高州市中医院治疗的70例CSR患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。两组均给予常规治疗,包括口服药物、颈椎牵引、手法按摩、体育锻炼等,基于此,治疗组应用改良天灸方治疗,对照组应用安慰剂治疗,疗程均为30 d,对比疗程结束后两组颈痛症状、生活质量的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为91.43%,显著高于对照组的68.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后及随访期间两组的NPQ评分均降低,SF-36评分均升高,且治疗组均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良天灸方干预是一种安全、有效治疗CSR的方法,对于改善患者颈痛症状及生存质量有重要作用,值得推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Modified Tianjiu Prescription on cervical pain symptoms and quality of life in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Method:70 CSR patients treated in Gaozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected,they were divided into the control group and treatment group,according to random number table.Both groups were given routine treatment,including oral medicine,cervical traction,massage and physical exercise.Based on this,the treatment group was treated with Modified Tianjiu Prescription,and the control group with placebo,the treatment course was 30 days.The changes of neck pain symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups at the end of the course of treatment.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate was 91.43%of the treatment group,significantly higher than 68.57%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the NPQ scores of the two groups decreased after treatment and during the followup period,while the SF-36 scores increased,and the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Tianjiu Prescription is a safe and effective treatment for CSR,it plays an important role in improving the symptoms and quality of life of patients with neck pain,and it is worth popularizing.
