针刺结合药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Drugs in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

目的:探讨和观察针刺结合药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床效果。方法:选取2017年5月—2018年5月本院收治的60例患者为研究对象,根据患者来院顺序,将其分为常规组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。常规组给予常规药物治疗,观察组给予针刺结合药物治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:研究组的总有效率(86.67%)明显高于常规组(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.455,P=0.020)。研究组治疗后抑郁评分(10.23±2.14)分明显低于常规组的(17.74±3.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有5例疼痛惧怕,无其他不良反应出现,常规组中出现7例乏力和头晕恶心,5例出现便秘,研究组不良反应发生率为16.67%(5/30),明显低于常规组的40.00%(12/30),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.023,P=0.045)。结论:采取针刺结合药物治疗效果显著,通过针刺内容能够改善患者自身体质,加强患者身体各方面功能,药物使用的剂量减少,患者的不良反应也明显降低,对于改善患者的抑郁情况有显著作用,针刺操作简单、无副作用、安全性高,在临床治疗上取得了有效成就。

Objective:To investigate and observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Method:60 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into routine group(n=30)and study group(n=30).The routine group was given conventional drug treatment,and the study group was given acupuncture combined with drug treatment,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 86.67%,significantly higher than 60.00%of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.455,P=0.020).The post-treatment depression scores of the study group(10.23±2.14)scores was significantly lower than(17.74±3.67)scores in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,there were 5 cases of pain and fear without other adverse reactions,in the routine group,there were 7 cases of fatigue,dizziness and nausea,5 cases of constipation,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study groupwas 16.67%(5/30),significantly lower than 40.00%(12/30)in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.023,P=0.045).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture combined with drug treatment is significant,the content of acupuncture can improve the patient’s own physical condition,strengthen the body’s various functions,reduce the dose of the drug,and significantly reduce the patient’s adverse reactions,it has a significant effect on improving the depression of patients,the acupuncture operation is simple,no side effects,high safety,and has achieved effective results in clinical treatment.
