住院次数对精神分裂症患者家属心理健康影响及干预的研究

Study on Effect and Intervention of the Number of Hospitalization on Mental Health of Family Members of Schizophrenia Patients

目的:分析精神分裂症患者住院次数对其家属心理健康状况的影响,探讨基于行为分阶段转变心理行为治疗方法对精神分裂症患者家属的干预作用。方法:纳入2018年1—12月本院收治的精神分裂症患者300名一级亲属作为本次研究对象,依据患者住院次数分为初治组(n=100)与复治组(n=200),复治组分为复治未干预亚组(n=100)与复治干预亚组(n=100)。对比各组家属的症状自评评分量表(SCL-90)与疾病家庭负担评分量表(FBS)的评分情况。结果:复治未干预亚组SCL-90评分、FBS评分情况相比初治组与复治干预亚组均显著更高(P<0.05)。复治干预亚组干预后SCL-90评分、FBS评分均得到显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者的住院次数会导致家属的心理健康状况下降,应用行为转变理论对精神分裂症患者家属开展心理行为治疗能有效改善其心理状况,使其在照护过程中维持健康心态,为患者带来正能量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the number of hospitalization of schizophrenics on the mental health status of their relatives,and to explore the effect of psychobehavioral therapy on the family of schizophrenics.Method:300 first-degree relatives of schizophrenia patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 were included as the subjects of this study.According to the number of hospitalizations of patients,the relatives of patients were divided into the initial treatment group(n=100)and the retreatment group(n=200),the retreatment groups was divided into retreatment without intervention subgroup(n=100)and retreatment intervention subgroup(n=100).SCL-90 score and FBS score of each groups were compared.Result:The SCL-90 score and FBS score in the retreatment without intervention subgroup were significantly higher than those in the initial treatment group and the retreatment intervention subgroup(P<0.05).The SCL-90 score and FBS score of the treatment subgroup after intervention significantly improved compared with before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The number of hospitalizations of schizophrenia patients will lead to the decline of the mental health status of the family members,the application of behavioral transformation theory to the family members of schizophrenia can effectively improve their psychological status and maintain their healthy mentality in the care process,bring positive energy to patients.
