清气化痰汤加减对急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床效果、中医证候积分及炎症因子表达的影响

Effect of Qingqi Tan Decoction on Clinical Efficacy,TCM Syndrome Integral and Inflammatory Factor Expression in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:分析急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(AECOPD)采用清气化痰汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的COPD患者86例作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序分为试验组(清气化痰汤加减治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),每组43例,对两组治疗效果进行统计,并分析两组中医证候积分、中医症状评分及炎症因子表达情况等。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05);试验组中医证候积分与症状评分均明显低于对照组,肺功能指标、血气指标及炎症因子变化均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对AECOPD患者采用清气化痰汤加减治疗能提高治疗效果,改善患者肺功能和免疫功能,具有更高的安全性。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Qingqi Tan Decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 86 COPD patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the experimental group(Qingqi Tan Decoction plus or minus treatment)and the control group(routine treatment),43 cases in each group.The treatment effects of two were analyzed,and the scores of TCM syndromes,TCM symptoms and the expression of inflammatory factors of two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.67%,which was higher than 79.07%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes and symptoms after treatment of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the changes of pulmonary function,blood gas and inflammatory factors in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For AECOPD,Qingqi Tan Decoction plus or minus can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the pulmonary function and immune function,it has a higher safety.
