不同强度抗凝在老年非瓣膜病慢性房颤治疗中的效果

Efficacy of Different Intensity Anti coagulation in the Treatment of Chronic Atrial Fibrillation in Elderly Patients with Non-valvular Disease Chronic Atrial Fibrillation

目的:研究不同强度抗凝在老年非瓣膜病慢性房颤治疗中的效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年5月本院收治的老年非瓣膜病慢性房颤患者80例作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为观察组(标准抗凝治疗)与对照组(低抗凝治疗),各40例。比较两组心功能(CBNP、LAD、LVEF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度、血脂水平、治疗效果与不良事件。结果:治疗前两组心功能与CRP浓度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组BNP、LAD、CRP、甘油三酯、总胆固醇与低密度脂蛋白浓度均较对照组低,高密度脂蛋白、LVEF均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年非瓣膜病慢性房颤患者采用标准抗凝治疗能改善心功能且降低CRP浓度,改善血脂指标,提高治疗效果且避免不良事件,值得借鉴。

Objective:To study the efficacy of different intensity anti coagulation in the treatment of elderly patients with non-valvular disease chronic atrial fibrillation.Method:80 elderly patients with non-valvular heart disease chronic atrial fibrillation treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group(standard anticoagulant therapy)and the control group(low anti-coagulation treatment),40 cases in each group.And the cardiac function(CBNP、LAD、LVEF),C-reactive protein(CRP)concentration,blood lipid level,treatment effect and adverse event of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in cardiac function and CRP concentration between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the concentrations of BNP,LAD,CRP,TG,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,LVEF and high density lipoprotein were higher than those in the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standard anticoagulant therapy for the elderly patients with non-valvular heart disease can improve the heart function and reduce the concentration of CRP,improve the blood lipid index,improve the treatment effect and avoid the occurrence of adverse events.
