摘要
目的:了解广州市男护士工作绩效水平,分析影响男护士工作绩效的影响因素。方法:采用医院护士工作绩效评估量表,于2017年9月-2018年4月对广州市15家医院1 200名护士进行了问卷调查。结果:从任务绩效、情景绩效和反生产绩效三个维度来看,男护士护理绩效得分在任务绩效维度和情景绩效维度得分均较女护士低,男护士护理绩效总分和情景绩效总分均低于女护士,但反生产绩效维度得分高于女护士,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示最终进入回归方程的是经济收入、职称、婚姻状况、科室、身份编制这5个变量,这5个变量可解释护理绩效总变异的31.2%。结论:男护士工作绩效总体低于女护士,主要影响男护士绩效的因素有男护士的科室分布、经济收入、职称、婚姻状况、身份编制5个因素。
Objective:To investigate the work performance of male nurses in Guangzhou,analyze the influencing factors affecting the performance of male nurses.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1 200 nurses in 15 hospitals in Guangzhou from September 2017 to April 2018 used the Hospital Nurses Performance Evaluation Scale.Result:From the three dimensions of performance,the male nurses’job performance scores were lower than those of the female nurses in the task performance dimension and the situational performance dimension,the total scores of nursing performance and situational performance of male nurses were lower than those of female nurses,but the score in the anti-production performance dimension was higher than that of female nurses,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed the factors that affected male nurses job performance were economic income,job title,marital status,department,and identity,these five variables factors accounted for 31.2%of the total variation in nursing performance.Conclusion:The performance of male nurses is generally lower than that of female nurses,the main factors affecting the performance of male nurses are the distribution of male nurses’departments,economic income,professional title,marital status and identity.
