无缝隙护理在老年高血压患者临床护理中的应用及对生存质量的影响

Application of Seamless Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Senile Hypertension Patients and Its Effect on Quality of Life

目的:探究无缝隙护理在老年高血压患者临床护理中的应用及对生存质量的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年2月本院收治老年高血压136例,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各68例。对照组给予常规性临床护理手段,研究组在对照组基础上采用无缝隙护理模式。观察比较两组护理前后血压水平变化情况、生存质量与护理满意度。结果:护理前两组收缩压与舒张压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组收缩压与舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组生存质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用无缝隙护理模式能有效降低老年高血压患者的血压,增强临床护理依从性,提升其生存质量以及临床护理满意度,值得广泛应用以及更深层次的研究。

Objective:To explore the application of seamless nursing in the clinical nursing of senile hypertension patients and the effect on the quality of life.Method:A total of 136 patients with senile hypertension were selected from our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 and divided into research group and control group according to the random number table method,68 cases in each group.The control group were given routine clinical nursing,the research group was given the seamless nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood pressure level,quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two group before nursing were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),after nursing,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the quality of life in the research group after nursing was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The seamless nursing mode can effectively reduce the blood pressure of senile hypertension patients,enhance clinical nursing compliance,improve their quality of life and clinical nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of extensive application and deeper research.
