PDCA循环理念对临床护理人员工作积极性与职业压力感的影响探究

Investigation on the Influence of PDCA Cycle Concept for the Working Enthusiasm and Occupational Stress Sense of Clinical Nurses

目的:探究PDCA循环理念对临床护理人员工作积极性与职业压力感的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年10月50名临床护理人员为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规管理)和观察组(PDCA循环理念),各25名。比较管理前后两组工作积极性、职业压力感及管理模式满意度。结果:管理前,两组工作积极性及护士工作压力源量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理后,观察组工作积极性及护士工作压力源量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组管理模式满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环理念可提升临床护理人员工作积极性,减轻职业压力感,在临床护理人员的管理中应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the influence of PDCA cycle concept for the working enthusiasm and occupational stress sense of clinical nurses.Method:50 clinical nurses from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study object,and they were divided into control group(routine management)and observation group(PDCA cycle concept)according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group.The working enthusiasm,occupational stress sense and management mode satisfaction before and after management of two groups were compared.Result:The working enthusiasm and work stress scale scores of nurses of two groups before the management were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The working enthusiasm and work stress scale scores of nurses in the observation group after the management were all better than those of control group(P<0.05).The management mode satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle concept can improve the working enthusiasm and reduce the occupational stress sense of clinical nurses,it has high application value in the management of clinical nursing staff.
