膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用中医特色通痹护理的价值分析

Value Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristics of Overnight Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

目的:探究应用中医特色通痹护理对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的价值。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2019年2月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为中医组和常规组,每组各42例,其中常规组采用常规康复护理,中医组在常规组基础上加用中医特色通痹护理。护理2周后比较两组患者治疗效果,比较两组护理前后AIMS2-SF评分,Lysholm评分,VAS疼痛评分和ISOA评分。结果:护理后中医组患者治疗效果显著高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后中医组患者VAS评分显著低于常规组,AIMS2-SF评分和Lysholm评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者ISOA评分显著降低,且中医组显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色通痹护理能有效缓解膝骨关节炎患者疼痛症状,提高膝关节功能,改善生活质量,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the value of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:Eighty-four patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and conventional group by random number table method,42 cases in each group.Among them,the conventional group used routine rehabilitation nursing,the Chinese medicine group added Chinese medicine special overnight nursing to the conventional group.After two weeks of nursing,the treatment effects,the AIMS2-SF score,the Lysholm score,the VAS score and ISOA score were compared.Result:The therapeutic effect of the patients in the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the AIMS2-SF score and Lysholm score were significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ISOA scores of the two groups were significantly lower,the Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The general nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the pain and pain symptoms of knee osteoarthritis patients,improve knee joint function,improve the quality of life and improve the therapeutic effect.
