基于微信的家庭护理模式对胃癌化疗患者医学知识掌握程度、营养情况及生活质量的影响观察

Observe the Effect of Family Nursing Mode Based on WeChat on Medical Knowledge,Nutrition and Quality of Life of Patients with Gastric Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨基于微信的家庭护理模式对胃癌化疗患者医学知识掌握程度、营养情况及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年8月-2018年7月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院肿瘤内科收治的98例胃癌患者作为研究对象。按着患者入院治疗的编号,将单号患者纳入对照组,将双号患者纳入观察组,每组患者各49例。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组在化疗间歇期内,采取基于微信的家庭护理模式对院内护理工作进行延伸。护理6个月后,从患者医学知识掌握程度、营养情况和生活质量评分三方面,对护理效果进行评价。结果:观察组患者医学知识掌握程度好于对照组,营养情况评价优于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胃癌化疗患者间歇期内,采取基于微信的家庭护理模式对院内护理工作加以延伸,有效提高了患者的康复效果。

Objective:To explore the influence of family nursing mode based on WeChat on medical knowledge,nutrition and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method:From August 2017 to July 2018,98 cases of gastric cancer were selected as subjects.Single patients were included in the control group,and double patients were included in the observation group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing,while those in the observation group received home nursing mode based on WeChat to extend the nursing work in hospital.After nursing 6 months,the nursing effect was evaluated from three aspects of medical knowledge,nutrition and quality of life.Result:Patients in the observation group had better knowledge of medicine than those in the control group,their nutritional status was better than those in the control group,and their quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The home nursing model based on WeChat is adopted to extend the nursing work in hospital and effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
