人性化关怀在改善直肠癌患者生活质量及负性情绪的作用

Effect of Humanistic Care on Improving Quality of Life and Negative Emotion of Patients with Rectal Cancer

目的:探讨人性化关怀在改善直肠癌患者生活质量及负性情绪的作用。方法:选取本科收治的直肠癌患者80例进行研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理方式进行干预,观察组采用人性化关怀干预,对比两组的干预效果。结果:两组干预前焦虑(SAS)与抑郁(SDS)情绪评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后各生活质量指标评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,但对护理服务的满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用人性化关怀方式对直肠癌患者进行干预可显著改善患者情绪,提高其生活质量,且有利于减少并发症,改善患者的护理满意度,可推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic care on improving the quality of life and negative emotions of patients with rectal cancer.Method:Eighty patients with rectal cancer admitted to our department were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given humanistic care,the intervention effects of two groups were compared.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)emotion scores of two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,but the satisfaction with the nursing service was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intervention of rectal cancer patients with humanistic care can significantly improve the patients’mood and their quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications,improve patients’care satisfaction and can be applied.
