加装抽屉式平车在急诊危重患者转运中的应用与观察

Application and Observation of Install Drawer Flat Car in the Transportation of Critical Emergency Patients

目的:探讨自制加装抽屉式平车在急诊危重患者转运中的应用效果。方法:选择本科室常用转运患者平车两辆,加装不锈钢抽屉投入使用为观察组,另选两辆平车照常使用为对照组。每组各转运危重患者60人次,转运至ICU的患者为危重患者准入条件。由医生护士共同参与简化工作处理流程,使医护一起分析现状,找出问题。总结两组平车在使用过程中所出现的问题,医生、护士及患者的反馈意见。结果:观察组转运时仪器设备掉落率、设备更换率、维修率及转运意外情况发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组急诊到检查室的转运时间、检查搬运时间及检查到病房所需时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组氧气管、输液管道、胃管、引流管及尿管不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用加装抽屉式平车在转运危重患者时,减少仪器掉落损坏的现象,降低仪器维修率,减少科室支出;转运过程中所使用的仪器设备持续平稳地对患者进行监护治疗,保证患者安全,能有效处理转运过程中的突发情况,降低转运中的风险。

Objective:To explore the application effect of self-made Install drawer flat car in emergency critical patients transportation.Method:Two flat cars for transporting patients in our department were selected,and stainless steel drawers were installed and put into use as the observation group.Two other flat cars were selected as the control group as usual.Each group transported 60 critically ill patients,and those transported to ICU were the admission conditions for critically ill patients.Doctors and nurses jointly participate in simplifying the work process,so that doctors and nurses together to analyze the status and identify problems.The problems in the use of flat cars in two groups,and the feedback from doctors,nurses and patients were summarized.Result:The dropping rate,replacement rate,maintenance rate and transshipment accident rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The transferred time from emergency department to examination room,handing time of examination and the timefromdetection room to inpaient ward in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in oxygen tube,transfusion tube,gastric tube,drainage tube and urinary tube in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:When using install drawer flat car to transport critical patients,it can reduce the phenomenon of instrument dropping and damage,reduce the rate of instrument maintenance,and reduce the expenditure of departments.The instrument and equipment used in the process of transshipment can continuously and smoothly monitor and treat the patients,ensure the safety of patients,effectively deal with the sudden situation in the process of transshipment,and reduce the expenditure of departments and transshipment risk.
