摘要
学科是高校教育的基本功能单位,其学术水平与影响力在一定程度上标志高校的地位。研究生培养是学科内涵建设的重要组成部分,既依托于学科发展,又能加快学科的内涵建设,且研究生培养质量与高素质的师资队伍、良好的教学环境与严谨的学术氛围等因素密切相关。正确认识研究生培养与学科内涵建设之间的内在关系,实现协调发展、互动共融,为学科的可持续发展提供原动力。因此,本文基于中西医结合研究院的研究生培养发展历程与现状,从相离、相切、相交、相融等四种类型,探讨了研究生培养与学科内涵建设的相辅相成,从互动共融的角度,揭示了研究生培养与学科内涵建设的内在关系。
Subject is the basic functional unit of higher education,its academic level and influence marks the academic ranking status of universities to a certain extent.Postgraduate training is an important part of the construction of discipline connotation,which depend on the development of the subject and accelerate the construction of the connotation of the subject.Quality of postgraduate training is determined by many factors,such as a highly qualified teaching staff,a good teaching environment and a rigorous academic atmosphere.Understanding of the relationship between postgraduate training and subject connotation construction push coordinated development to provide a source of motivation of subject sustainable development.Therefore,based on the development history and current situation of postgraduate training in academy of integrative medicine explore the complementarity of postgraduate training and subject connotation construction from four types relationship including tangent,intersection,separation and coincidence,and reveal intrinsic relationship between postgraduate cultivation and subject connotation construction from the perspective of interactive communion.
