关节松动术联合体外冲击波治疗肩周炎的疗效

Effect of Joint Mobilization Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:观察肩周炎经关节松动术联合体外冲击波治疗的临床效果。方法:将本院收治的87例肩周炎患者随机分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=44),两组均接受关节松动术治疗,观察组加用体外冲击波治疗,10 d为一疗程,治疗2个疗程。治疗前后分别进行疼痛数字模拟量表(vitual analogue scale,VAS)、肩关节疼痛与功能障碍指数(shoulder pain and disability index,SPADI)评定与关节活动度(range of motion,ROM)有效改善率计算。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分均降低,观察组较对照组降低更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组SPADI评分均改善,且观察组比对照组改善更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05)。结论:肩周炎采用关节松动术联合体外冲击波治疗效果优良。

Objective:To explore the effect of joint mobilization combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method:A total of 87 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=44).Both two groups were treated with joint mobilization,the observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave for 10 days and 2 courses of treatment.Vitual analogue scale(VAS)and shoulder pain,shoulder pain and disability index(SPADI)evaluation were measured before and after treatment and range of motion(ROM)effective improvement rate calculation of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were decreased,the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SPADI scores of two groups were improved,and the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effectiverate of the observation group was 90.91%,which was higher than 74.42%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint mobilization combined with extracorporeal shock wave is effective in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
