摘要
目的:研究冻融胚胎人工周期应用小剂量绒促性腺激素(hCG)对提高临床妊娠率的疗效。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年6月在本院生殖健康科实行体外受精-胚胎移植全胚冷冻之后行冻融胚胎人工周期患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各50例。试验组采用人工周期,内膜转化日传统黄体支持+肌注hCG 2 000单位的治疗方法;对照组采用传统的黄体支持。治疗后,对比两组患者的临床妊娠率、早期胚胎流产率及早产率。结果:试验组患者的临床妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者早期流产率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组早产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冻融胚胎人工周期应用小剂量绒促性腺激素可提高临床妊娠率,降低早期流产率,改善妊娠结局,可作为冻融胚胎移植人工周期的广泛应用。
Objective:To study the effect of low-dose hCG on the clinical pregnancy rate of frozen-thawed embryos.Method:From January 2017 to June 2018,100 patients with artificial cycles of freeze-thawed embryos were treated with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer whole embryo cryopreservation in our hospital.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with artificial cycle,endometrial transformation,traditional corpus luteum support+intramuscular injection of hCG 2 000 unit,the control group using traditional corpus luteum support.After treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate,early embryo abortion rate and preterm birth rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical pregnancy rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The early abortion rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The early pregnancy rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low-dose hCG in freezethaw embryo artificial cycle can improve the clinical pregnancy rate,reduce the early abortion rate,improve the pregnancy outcome,and can be widely used as the artificial cycle of freeze-thaw embryo transfer.
