摘要
目的:评估和比较多学科综合治疗(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)团队化培养模式与传统培养模式在培养乳腺外科医师乳腺癌专科诊治能力方面的差异。方法:选择2015年9月-2016年12月在西安交通大学第一附属医院乳腺外科进行临床专科规培或进修的地市级三甲医院医师30名,按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各15名。试验组采用MDT团队化培养模式,对照组采用传统培养模式。培训结束后,对两组进行基础理论、临床思辨、临床技能考试以及满意度问卷调查,比较并分析教学效果。结果:试验组在基础理论及临床思辨考试中的优秀率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组临床技能考试中的优秀率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组非常满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用MDT团队化培养模式显著地提高了规培及进修医师对于乳腺癌的基础理论知识及专科诊治能力,取得了较好的临床教学效果。
Objective:To evaluate and compare the differences between multidisciplinary treatment(MDT team training mode and traditional training mode in developing diagnosis and treatment ability of breast cancer in breast surgery.Method:30 standardized training resident doctors or further study doctors cultivated in the breast surgery department of the first affilated hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong Unversity from local third-grade class-A hospitals from September 2015 to December 2016 were selected,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,15 cases in each group.The experimental group was given MDT team training mode,while the control group was given traditional training mode.After the training,the basic theory,clinical reasoning and clinical skills were tested and satisfaction questionnaire was conducted for the two groups,the teaching effect was compared and analyzed.Result:The excellence rate of basic theory and clinical reasoning examination in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between two groups in excellence rate of clinical skills examination(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The MDT team training mode has significantly improved the basic theoretical knowledge of breast cancer and the ability of diagnosis and treatment of standardized training resident doctors or further study doctors,and achieved better clinical teaching effect.
