数据挖掘在糖尿病住院患者病情分析中的应用研究

目的:分析数据挖掘在糖尿病住院患者病情分析中的应用研究。方法:将2016年3月-2019年2月本院首发2型糖尿病住院治疗的832例患者作为研究对象,分析所有患者病案首页数据,将可能影响患者住院日的相关因素进行详细统计,并探讨糖尿病住院患者住院日的具体影响因素,明确数据挖掘在临床中的具体应用价值。结果:患者年龄、职业、付款方式、婚姻状况、住院次数、伴随疾病及慢性并发症、医院感染、手术治疗、治疗结局均会对其住院日造成一定程度的影响(P<0.05)。糖尿病患者住院日主要影响因素为年龄、付款方式、伴随疾病、慢性并发症、医院感染、手术治疗及治疗结局(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病住院患者住院日主要受诸多因素影响,通过数据挖掘可较为有效的明确主要影响因素,对后续治疗方案的制定及改善均具有重要意义,可考虑临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the application of data mining in the analysis of inpatients with diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 832 patients with primary type 2 diabetes hospitalized in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2019 were selected as study objects,the first page data of all patients’medical records were analyzed,and the relevant factors that might affect the hospital stay of patients were counted in detail,in addition,the specific influencing factors of inpatients with diabetes were discussed to clarify the specific application value of data mining in clinical practice.Result:The patient’s age,occupation,payment method,marital status,hospitalization frequency,concomitant diseases and chronic complications,nosocomial infection,surgical treatment and treatment outcome all affect the patient’s hospitalization date to some extent(P<0.05).The major influencing factors for the length of hospitalization of diabetic patients were age,payment method,concomitant disease,chronic complications,nosocomial infection,surgical treatment and treatment outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion:The inpatient length of hospitalization of diabetic patients is mainly affected by many factors,data mining can effectively identify the main influencing factors,which is of great significance to the formulation and improvement of follow-up treatment plans,and can be considered for clinical promotion and application.
