缩短鼻内镜辅助下低温等离子腺样体切除患儿术后住院日的研究

A study on shortening the postoperative hospitalization day of pediatric patients undergoing the nasal endoscope-assisted low temperature plasma adenoidectomy

目的缩短鼻内镜辅助下低温等离子腺样体切除患儿术后住院日。方法本研究共搜集2014年1月~2017年8月在我院行腺样体切除术的患儿150例,随机分为A组(50例)、B组(50例)、C组(50例),A组患儿为术后1 d出院,B组患儿为术后2 d出院,C组患儿为术后3 d出院。比较三组患儿术后1周、2周内再出血、发热、打鼾情况,应用SPSS19.0统计学软件分析相关数据。结果三组患儿在术后1周、2周内再出血、发热、打鼾比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论鼻内镜辅助下低温等离子腺样体切除患儿术后住院日可考虑缩短为1 d。

Objective To shorten the postoperative hospitalization day of pediatric patients undergoing nasal endoscope-assisted low temperature plasma adenoidectomy.Methods One hundred and fiftypatients with adenoid hypertrophy were collectedfrom January 2014 to August 2017 in our hospital,and were randomly divided into Group A(50 cases),Group B(50 cases),Group C(50 cases).Children in group A were discharged 1 day after operation,and Group B 2 days after operation,while Group C 3 days after operation.Rehaemorrhage,fever and snoring were compared between the three groups within 1 and 2 weeks after operation,and the related data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistics software.Results There were no statistically significant differences in rebleeding,fever and snoring between the three groups within 1 and 2 weeks after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The postoperative hospitalization days of patients with nasal endoscope-assisted low temperature plasma adenoidectomy can be reduced to 1 day.
