神经内镜辅助下创伤性脑脊液鼻漏的治疗价值和安全性评价

Evaluation of the therapeutic value and safety of traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea assisted by neuroendoscopy

目的探究神经内镜辅助下治疗创伤性脑脊液鼻漏的治疗效果以及安全性。方法选择2017年8月~2018年8月在本院接受治疗的创伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法抽选出48例创伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者,将其按照入院时间顺序分为对照组和观察组(24例/组)。对照组创伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者实施持续腰大池置管引流,观察组采取神经内镜辅助下脑脊液鼻漏修补术,对比两组创伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者临床疗效以及并发症发生率。结果观察组创伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者的治疗成功率为100%,显著高于对照组的79.17%,组间数据对比结果显示P <0.05。观察组创伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者治疗后并发症发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组患者并发症发生率33.33%,差异性对比存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对创伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者实施神经内镜辅助治疗,有助于提高临床治疗效果,降低患者术后并发症发生率,对患者治疗具有积极作用,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the treatment effect and safety of traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea assisted by neuroendoscopy.Methods A total of 48 patients with traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected by random sampling and divided into a control group and an observation group(24 cases/group)according to the time sequence of admission.In the control group,continuous lumbar cistern drainage was performed in patients with traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea.In the observation group,neuroendoscopically-assisted cerebrospinal rhinorrhea repair was performed,and the clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results The treatment success rate of patients with traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea in the observation group was 100%,significantly higher than that of the control group(79.17%).The incidence of postoperative complications in patients with traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea in the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%),P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion The application of neuroendoscopic assistant treatment for patients with traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea is helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and has positive effects on the treatment of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
