个体化饮食护理计划对喉癌术后患者预后分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Prognosis of Laryngeal carcinoma Patients undergoing postoperative with Individualized Diet Care Plan

摘要 目的探讨个体化饮食护理计划对喉癌术后患者预后分析。方法本次病例对象为我院自2017年1月以来所收治的60例喉癌手术患者,按照随机抽样法,随意将患者分为对照组和实验组各30例。对照组按照传统的肠内营养支持,一般采用制剂的营养支持,实验组实施个体化饮食护理计划,结合患者的病情、生化结果、需要量和临床治疗需要按要求配制保证患者围手术期营养需求。分析两组术后3 d和术后10 d的BMI、TSF、ALB、PA、Hb、TLC的差异及手术并发症观察比较。结果实验组术后10 dBMI、TSF、ALB、Hb均较术后3 d升高,存在显著差异(P <0.05),对照组术后10 d的BMI、TSF、ALB、Hb较术后3 d升高,但BMI、TSF、Hb无显著差异(P> 0.05),实验组和对照组术后10 d的PA、TLC均较术后3 d高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实验组术后指标高于对照组。实验组并发症例数少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论个体化饮食护理计划有利于保证患者围手术期营养需求,减少患者并发症发生,促进患者疾病康复。 Objective To investigate the prognosis of Laryngeal carcinoma Patients undergoing postoperative with individualized diet care plan.Methods Sixty postoperative Laryngeal carcinoma Patients who had been admitted to our hospital since January 2017 were selected as the objects of this study.According to the random sampling method,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 30 cases each.According to the traditional enteral nutrition support,the control group generally used the nutritional support of the preparation.The experimental group implemented an individualized diet care plan,combined with the patient's condition,biochemical results,requirements and clinical treatment needs to ensure the perioperative nutritional needs of the patients.The differences of BMI,TSF,ALB,PA,Hb and TLC and the observation of surgical complications were compared between 3~10 days after operation.Results In the experimental group,the BMI,TSF,ALB and Hb in the 10 days after operation were significantly higher than those in the 3 days after operation(P<0.05).In the control group,the BMI,TSF,ALB and Hb in the 10 days after operation were increased than those in the 3 days after operation,but there was no significant difference in BMI,TSF and Hb(P>0.05).The PA and TLC of the experimental group and the control group were both higher than those of the 3 days after operation,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative indexes of the experimental group were higher than the control group The number of complications in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The individualized diet care plan is beneficial to ensure the perioperative nutritional needs of Laryngeal carcinoma Patients undergoing postoperative,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
