超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺术的针对性护理研究

目的探析针对性护理在超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺术中的应用效果。方法以我院接收的经超声引导下行甲状腺结节细针穿刺术者48例为对象,根据数字随机法分设组别。对比组选择实施常规护理模式,在对比组的基础上,实验组选择实施针对性护理干预。观察经开展不同护理模式后患者的心理状态、护理满意度和一次穿刺成功率。结果干预后,实验组的SDS评分、SAS评分低于对比组,而一次性穿刺成功率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组的护理满意率为95.83%,明显高于对比组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对经超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺术者实施针对性护理,能有效改善患者的心理状态,提高一次性穿刺成功率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in ultrasound-guided fine-needle puncture of thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 48 cases of thyroid nodule fine needle puncture under ultrasound guidance in our hospital were selected as subjects.The control group chose to implement the conventional nursing mode,on the basis of the control group,the experimental group chose to implement targeted nursing intervention.The psychological state nursing satisfaction and the success rate of puncture were observed after different nursing modes.Results After intervention,SDS score and SAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,while the success rate of onetime puncture was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95.83%,significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing of thyroid nodule fine needle puncture under ultrasound guidance can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve the success rate of one-time puncture,and improve nursing satisfaction.
