复发性下咽溃疡1例

Recurrent hypopharyngeal ulcer in 1 case

报道1例口腔溃疡伴复发性下咽溃疡患者,曾经误诊为茎突过长而行手术治疗,该类患者多和复发性口腔溃疡同时存在,但是如果就诊时口腔溃疡已经消失,也不能放弃对下咽和喉部的检查,所以临床诊断治疗一定注意。

It is reported that a patient with oral ulcer with recurrent hypopharyngeal ulcer has been misdiagnosed as having a long styloprocess and underwent surgical treatment.This kind of patients often coexist with recurrent oral ulcer,but if the oral ulcer has disappeared at the time of treatment,the examination of hypopharynx and larynx cannot be abandoned.Therefore,attention must be paid to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
