PIK3CA基因与头颈部肿瘤发病相关性研究进展

Advances in the study of correlation between PIK3CA gene and head and neck tumors

摘要 头颈部肿瘤是人类常见的恶性肿瘤,其解剖关系复杂、位置隐蔽,早期诊断及鉴别困难,预后差。肿瘤病因学及基因组学为头颈部肿瘤的发病机理和生物标志物、靶向治疗研究提供新的方向。近年来PIK3CA基因被报道与头颈部肿瘤发生及不良预后密切相关、且有望作为新的肿瘤早期精准诊断和治疗靶点。本文就PIK3CA基因突变与头颈部不同类型肿瘤发病及不良预后相关性研究方面做一综述。 Head and neck Cancers(HNCs)are common malignant tumors of human beings.Due to their complex anatomical relationship and concealed location,early diagnosis and differential diagnosis are difficult and prognosis is poor.Tumor etiology and genomics provide new aspects for the study of pathogenesis,biomarkers and targeted therapy of HNCs.In recent years,PIK3 CA gene has been reported to be closely related to the occurrence and adverse prognosis of HNCs,and expected to be a new target for early accurate diagnosis and treatment of them.This article reviews the relationship between PIK3CA gene mutation and the incidence and adverse prognosis of different types of head and neck cancers.
