Anti-tumor mechanism of NK4 gene and its application prospect in laryngeal carcinoma

近年来,HGF/c-Met通路是肿瘤学研究中的热点话题。NK4作为HGF特异性拮抗剂,它不仅能通过抑制HGF/c-Met系统的信号转导发挥抗肿瘤效应;还能抑制肿瘤血管的新生,最终导致肿瘤细胞的凋亡。NK4这种双重抗肿瘤功能使其成为一类很有前景的抗肿瘤药物。本文对HGF拮抗剂NK4抗肿瘤的作用机制及其在喉癌中的应用前景作一综述。

In recent years,the HGF/c-Met pathway is a hot topic in oncology research.As a specific antagonist of HGF,NK4 can not only exert anti-tumor effect by inhibiting the signal transduction of HGF/c-Met system,but also inhibit tumor angiogenesis and eventually lead to apoptosis of tumor cells.This dual anti-tumor function of NK4 makes it a promising anti-tumor drug.This article reviews the mechanism of anti-tumor effect of HGF antagonist NK4 and its application prospects in laryngeal carcinoma.
