金属蛋白酶在慢性鼻鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中的研究进展

摘要 目前关于慢性鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)伴鼻息肉的研究加之尚不明确,金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂在慢性鼻鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的研究中颇受关注。细胞外基质维持稳定中基质金属蛋白酶起重要作用,在目前备受关注的几种基质金属酶进行综述。 At present,the study of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps is not clear,metalloproteinases and its inhibitors in the study of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps has attracted considerable attention.Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)play an important role in the maintenance and stability of extracellular matrix(ECM).
