鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Biyuan Tongqiao particles in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将240例18～60岁变应性鼻炎患者随机分成2组,对照组口服左西替利嗪4周,观察组在对照组基础上加服鼻渊通窍颗粒,比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状评分、疗效及复发率。结果两组患者治疗后临床症状评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组与对照组比较,治疗前临床症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论左西替利嗪治疗变应性鼻炎有效,联合鼻渊通窍颗粒可进一步提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Biyuan Tongqiao particles in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 240 patients aged 18~60 years completed 4 weeks treatment were enrolled in a prospective and randomized controlled study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group with levocetirizine,the observation group with Biyuan Tongqiao particles more than the control group.The clinical symptom scores,curative effect and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The scores of clinical symptom in the two groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levocetirizine appears to be effective in treating of allergic rhinitis,combined with the Biyuan Tongqiao particles can further improve the efficacy.
