孟鲁司特在儿童分泌性中耳炎中的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of montelukast in the treatment of children with secretory otitis media

目的探讨白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特对儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1~12月昆明市儿童医院门诊分泌性中耳炎患儿77例(140耳),随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组42例(78耳)、对照组35例(62耳)。2组均给予抗生素1周、糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂2周及黏液促排剂2周治疗,观察组在此基础上加用白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特,疗程2周,观察两组患者的有效率、语频气导听阈和副作用。结果观察组的有效率(88.5%)明显高于对照组(64.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的语频气导听阈较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患儿均未出现副作用。结论孟鲁司特在儿童分泌性中耳炎中疗效确切,未见不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of montelukast in the treatment of children with otitis media with effusion(OME).Methods 77 children with confirmed OME admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2018 were included.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in control group and 42 cases in observation group.While both groups were treated with cefaclor orally,20 mg/kg one time,q12 h for 1 week.Mometasone furoate nasal spray,Morning nasal spray one time,once for 2 weeks,and Qienuo Capsule,One grain at a time,q12 h for 2 weeks.Patients in observation group were treated with additional oral administration of montelukast once a day before sleep for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,speech frequency air conduction threshold,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in observation group was 88.5%,significantly higher than 64.5%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the speech frequency air conduction threshold in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).During treatment,it showed no significant adverse reactions.Conclusions The curative effect of montelukast in the treatment of children with OME is obvious with no adverse reactions,thus worthy to be recommended for clinical applications.
