颞骨解剖培训在耳鼻咽喉科住院医师规范化培训过程中的意义分析

The meaning analysis of Temporal Anatomy Training in Resident Standardization Training of Otolaryngology

近年住院医师规范化培训制度的得到广泛的推广,临床型研究生在读期间和住院医师毕业后均需要接受2-3年的住院规范化培训。耳鼻咽喉科学解剖结构复杂,涉及的器官较多,学员反映颞骨解剖难以掌握,而绝大多数培训基地没有设立颞骨解剖课程,学员不能得到充分理解和掌握颞骨相关疾病,本研究拟探讨颞骨培训中心在学员规范化培训过程中的意义。

In recent years,the standardized training system for residents has been widely promoted.The clinical graduate students and after graduating from residents,they need to receive 2-3 years of standardized training in hospitalization.The anatomical structure of Otolaryngology is complex and involves many organs.The students complained that the sacral anatomy is difficult to understand,and most training departments do not have a sacral anatomy center.Students could not fully understand and diagnosis the tibia-related diseases.This study is to discuss the significant meaning of temporal training center in the process of student’s standardized training.
