变应性鼻炎患者规范化治疗现状调查

Investigation on Standardized Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的对变应性鼻炎患者病史和规范化治疗现状进行调查分析,提出变应性鼻炎优化治疗方案。方法对1000名患者进行问卷调查,对患者的临床用药情况和治疗效果进行统计分析。结果 80%的患者未进行规范化治疗,其中轻度患者占比高达60%,中重度患者占比40%,部分变应性鼻炎患者可合并其他疾病。结论变应性鼻炎规范化治疗应受到医生和患者的重视,不进行规范化治疗难以使变应性鼻炎的症状得到有效控制和减少复发率。

Objective To investigate and analyze the history of allergic rhinitis patients and the status of standardized treatment,sum up the optimal treatment scheme for allergic rhinitis.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1000 patients,and the clinical medication and therapeutic effect were analyzed.Results 80%of patients did not receive standardized treatment,of which 60%were mild,40%were moderate and severe.Some patients with allergic rhinitis could be combined with other diseases.Conclusions The standardized treatment of allergic rhinitis should be paid attention by doctors and patients.Without standardized treatment,it is difficult to effectively control the symptoms of allergic rhinitis and reduce the recurrence rate.
